SCOP structure, collegial decisions, profit sharing. A network of 50+ agencies for project mutual aid.
Training and progression
Training budget > legal requirement, internal mentoring, exposure to upstream stages (feasibility, set-up) as well as downstream (site, delivery).

5 jours de formation/an
BIM, ACV, RE2020, droit de la construction. Choix individuel.
Forfait mobilités douces
500 €/an pour vélo, abonnement transports, ou marche.
RTT + congés ancienneté
11 RTT, +1 jour par tranche de 3 ans d'ancienneté.
Vendredis chantier
Visites de chantier collectives une fois par mois, en équipe complète.
Bibliothèque agence
Abonnements AMC, D'Architectures, Ecologik. Budget achat livres libre.
