Xiléades was born from the conviction that architecture and construction should never be separated. By combining these two professions, we offer total project control.
Our name carries this vision: Xiléades is born from the meeting of Xylo (ξύλο), Greek for wood — a living, noble, and sustainable material — and Aèdes (ἀοιδός), the artist or poet in ancient Greece, which in Latin became the dwelling or temple. Xiléades is the art of building places with a soul.
The Architecteur concept
As a member of the national network Les Architecteurs®, Xiléades offers an innovative Design + Build model that brings the architect and the builder together within a single structure.
This integrated approach guarantees total consistency between the architectural vision and its technical execution. A single contract, a single point of contact, a single responsibility.
Another major advantage: a single site policy (damage-to-work insurance and RC pro) is included in our price. No more multiple insurance policies and contacts — you benefit from comprehensive coverage with no hidden costs.
The result: projects delivered on time, within budget, and always in line with the initial promise.
Our green commitment
Eco-responsibility is not a marketing argument at Xiléades — it is a foundation. Each project is an opportunity to rethink our impact on the environment.
Bio-sourced materials, high-performance insulation, water recovery, renewable energy: we systematically integrate the best practices of sustainable construction.
Our commitment goes beyond the building: we also take action for biodiversity. Each project includes the installation of bird nesting boxes, helping to preserve urban wildlife and create living spaces in harmony with the living world.
Our goal: to design buildings that will age well, consume little, and offer optimal comfort — to both their occupants and the surrounding nature.
